  • During Open Time; since we are a one floor facility, classes and PTs that are also taking place take priority over space and equipment. Check the respective spaces that are designated for Open Time on your Wodify app. Please be respectful to the Coaches with their responsibilities as we share the space as best we can.

  • Please leave the gym space in a better condition than when you found it

  • Share the gym space, please be courteous to your community especially when multiple classes are in effect

  • Be aware of your surroundings, walking too close to someone lifting something heavy or performing dynamic gymnastic work is a distraction and potential hazard to the both yourself and them. Give adequate space for a failed rep at all times

  • When Video taping/taking photos of your workout, please be courteous to others around you and ask permission for any inclusion/exclusion

  • The locker room, showers and the bathrooms are all Co-Ed, please be respectful to your fellow athletes. Private changing rooms can be found near the front desk in the locker area.
