What Is The Academy Fundamentals Class?

    We have everything under one roof: Cross-Training, Metcon, Olympic Weightlifting, Gymnastics, Mobility and more but with so many programs to choose from it can be hard to know where to start!

    Join coach Beth every Saturday at noon for an introduction class that will cover all the basics and give you a taste of our programming and double as our OnRamp session. This is the class that will allow you to experience a class with other first-time members and introduce you to our new space, our incredible community and our renowned coaching.

    After a quick tour of the facilities, coach Beth will take you through a mobility warm up, teach you a foundational barbell lift and then get you sweaty with a short Metcon (metabolic conditioning), which is a magic combination of cardio and strength movements that will guarantee get your heart rate up.

    Everyone in the class will be a first timer, everything will be taught slowly and there will be plenty of time for questions, breaks and modifications to help you get a fun taste of the classes and community that we offer.
