The chill part of the day - Next Session April 3rd!
We’re bringing back Secret Sauna for the next few months and are aiming to hold sessions bi-weekly!
All bookings will now be done through our Wodify systems - you will be able to see the time frames and purchase your drop in sessions right from your app or the link below.
Sessions will be $20+tax & fees between the AoL and Secret Sauna!

The Whole Experience
- Book a sauna session through Wodify or the link above (one ticket per person)
- Check in at the front desk of the Academy of Lions
- Change into your sauna attire and grab everything you need
- We’ll either guide you through the gym floor or the side alleyway to the sauna
- Each session will be 60 min long with 6 people max
- Enjoy the unique outdoor sauna experience
⏰ Arrive 10 minutes early to get ready for your experience.
⚡ Plans changed? Please cancel your slot so another guest can join. All bookings are non-refundable, as our sauna has limited capacity and the event is quickly approaching. This helps ensure every spot can be fully used and enjoyed by the community.
