Living Steel

There is a time and place for kipping our chins above a bar and jumping a dumbell overhead. But if we want to build foundational strength alongside the ability to move fluidly, we need every rep to count.

In slowing down each rep using strict form, we learn the art of making light weights feel heavy.Through the use of intentionally programmed hypertrophy and isometric we will work to:

  • Increase range of motion while simultaneously increasing strength in that range.

  • Increase size of specific areas of the body that help us stay resilient to injury and ageing.

  • Bulletproof key joints in the body so that we can do the things that matter to us with less worry, whether that's chasing the kids at the beach or trying to podium at a competition.
